Warm Weather Dish

 

Tuna Mousse Wraps

 

6 cans of Tuna

6 Large tbsp. Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp. Salad Mayonnaise

5 tbsp. sweet Chili Sauce

2 tbsp. Ketchup

1 can of Corn

4 small Red Oonion

2 tbsp. dried drill

Season to tase wth Salt and Pepper

 

Stir together all the ingredients.  Divide the filling on cold flour tortillas and roll them up.

Saturday - Nest Fest in Longmont

 

We had a wonderful time on Saturday in Longmont at NestFest...thank you to all who came to support the artists.

 

 

The Nest owners and employees were fabulous to us and everyone there. Thank you!!!
